Consultancy focusing on analysis, opinion formation, strategic communication, transitions, re- and upskilling, lifelong learning at the labour market.  

2014–2018 TCO (The Swedish Confederation of Professional Employees)
Head of Social Protection, Labour Market, and Education team
Responsible for staffing and budgeting for a team of up to seven investigators and communicators tasked with communicating and producing policy proposals for, among other things, the most important profile issues of transition, re- and upskilling and professional development. Served as spokesperson and representative for TCO both nationally and internationally.

2005–2014 TRR Trygghetsrådet (The Job Security Council for the private sector)
Head of Communications
Focused on establishing TRR (TRR offers expert assistance to redundant white collar staff, employers and trade union representatives in the private sector) as the clear choice for companies undergoing transitions, reorganisations and outplacements. Ann-Sofi Sjöberg was also one of the spokespersons.
